Sanford Health Plan offers individual health insurance to residents in South Dakota and North Dakota. The system will calculate the estimated rates based on the information you have provided. Your premium may change if there's a change to the date coverage starts or a change to the ages or number of individuals enrolling for coverage or you agree to a plan modification or the rates change. Final rates are subject to eligibility review.
The annual open enrollment period for 2014 has ended. Effective April 1, 2014 and onward individual health insurance policies can only be sold if you have a qualifying event, also known as a special enrollment period, which can be things such as having a baby, loss of coverage, marriage etc. If you are shopping for health insurance due to a special enrollment feel free to proceed with our Plan Picker and our application will capture the necessary information in regards to your effective date of coverage.
